By the end of this page I want to show you that you can change your life, receive more abundance, succeed in your career, improve relationships with your kids, find your ideal partner and all this is within reach. You just need to understand how the universe works.

Let's go back to 1999

After serving for six years as a commander in an elite IDF unit and as a fighter in the Israeli intelligence service, I found myself sitting in my armchair at home in Tel Aviv with my head in my hands, realizing that despite my abilities and despite having completed two academic degrees since being discharged, my life felt like it belonged to someone else.

To take responsibility for his life and not just complain, I understood that I had to develop personally, internally in order for my life to change. I went to therapy, practiced yoga, studied Kabbalah at night. Don’t get me wrong. These are great doctrines. Tremendous knowledge. But I failed to “bring it down” to my daily life.

I was looking for something more practical. But I didn’t find it.t

The victim in me wanted to give up. The leader and fighter in me insisted on taking responsibility. I said to myself,
“If it doesn’t exist, we’ll invent it.”

And so it started,

Slowly over 23 years I developed a method for personal work. Complex enough not to be superficial and banal and simple enough to really be able to work with it and completely change our lives.

My life now looks completely different

I am married to my beloved Maayan, I have three amazing kids. I founded the “School of Conscious Leadership”, one of the most influential institutions in Israel for personal development. My podcast “Sorry, This is Not What I Ordered”, is among the top three podcasts in Israel in the fields of personal development, relationships and self-help. I live my life in harmony and to the fullest. I have thousands of students from all sectors of the population.

The distance from that thirty-year-old guy sitting on the couch with his head in his hands seems almost infinite today.

I developed the model inch by inch over more than twenty years.

It started with a five-day workshop given to all squadron commanders in the Israeli Air Force, one of the most impressive air forces in the world.

We learned there how to work with consciousness so that certain things in their work would grow. We learned how to fully realize their potential in the way they managed and commanded their soldiers and officers. And it worked. It was an extremely complex, demanding workshop. But its impact was tremendous. So tremendous that it was decided in the Air Force that it would be a prerequisite for attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. I felt very flattered. I believed I had cracked the method.

From there I went on to teach at the IDF Command and Staff College and then department heads in hospitals, Intel, banks and Israeli hi-tech, and from there the path to the business and private world was paved. I succeeded! I managed to blossom myself and in the process help thousands blossom too. A perfect deal!
